Surrey property: Detached houses for sale at £450,000 or less in Redhill, Wonersh, Ash Vale

Properties of all shapes and sizes are being added onto the market each week in Surrey.

On February 14 we learned of the county’s property hotspots with Rightmove revealing the areas top of the list for buyer searches were Lightwater, Haslemere, Cobham, Epsom and Betchworth last year.

As part of a home series for Surrey house hunters, this week SurreyLive is taking a look inside five different detached houses on the market at the moment.

Images and details are listed below for the homes in Ash Vale, Wonersh, Ash and Redhill. All have a price tag of £450,000 or less.

On the first floor are three bedrooms, and the master has an en-suite. The remaining bedrooms are served by the family bathroom, fitted with a white suite.
