Diving clubs are not just for experienced divers. There have many registered diving clubs across England. They offer coaching, the chance to develop and progress along the England Programmes Diving Talent Pathway. They offer members the opportunity to compete at local, regional or national level.

The PADI Open Water Course is the world’s most popular diver certification and is intended for people who have never dived before and who want to become qualified. The Open Water Course provides you with the knowledge needed to keep you safe as you experience your first breaths underwater and explore the underwater world. Learning to dive should be safe and fun.
Surrey Dive Centre is a PADI approved 5 Star Instructor Development Centre. The Centre is owned and run by Vernon Vas, a PADI Course Director and Instructor with over 20 years of diving, and Sue Talbot, a PADI Master Instructor who has over 11 years of teaching experience. The Centre has a large retail shop which stocks a wide range of diving and snorkelling equipment from leading brands such as Scubapro, Cressi, Oceanic, Aqualung, Apeks, Poseidon and Suunto to name a few.
Guildford BSAC is a club branch of the British Sub Aqua Club and, for the past 50 years has been training scuba divers and organising recreational diving around the UK and overseas. The club is a not for profit members club and offer a safe and informal environment to enjoy scuba diving, meet and make friends and learn more about diving and the oceans.
