There are now 4,733 confirmed cases of coronavirus in Surrey, according to figures released by Public Health England today (August 3).
Across the UK, 305,623 people have now tested positive for Covid-19 and 46,210 have passed away.
This represents an increase of 938 and nine respectively over the past 24 hours.
In Surrey, there has been an increase of 12 since Saturday (August 1) when there were 4,721 cases.
The borough of Reigate and Banstead has recorded the most since the start of the pandemic, with 780.
Mole Valley has recorded the fewest, with 331.

NHS England figures
According to the latest figures from NHS England there have been no further Covid-19 patient deaths recorded by hospital trusts operating in and around Surrey.
The figure remains at 1,197 since the start of the pandemic.
Please see below for a breakdown per hospital trust. It is worth noting that some trusts operate sites outside of Surrey, for example St Helier hospital is in Sutton.
